Story Telling @ the National Museum

18 January 2012

1st-Hercules Killing the Birds on Lake Stymphalus by Edgar Maxence.

2nd-The King’s Daughter by Sir Edward Burne-Jones

The story telling trip to the National Museum  was  fantastic.  Mrs Ai Lin was a natural and in her element with drawing the children into interpreting the paintings.  I was glad to see she did not use the obvious paintings but highlighted the other “less” known artists.  We have taken photos of the paintings she talked about in the order she worked through them in the hopes that your children  will be able to  retrace their journey with you.  Enjoy.
